FORT DODGE – A young Fort Dodge man has been arrested after four local businesses were robbed, charged with numerous felony crimes.
Dating back to October 18th, 2022 investigators with the Fort Dodge Police Department Criminal Investigations Division have been following up on 3 robberies and a burglary. These incidents were reported between October 18th and November 14th and took place at four different local businesses in Fort Dodge. Over the course of the past 5 months investigators have followed up on many leads, spoke to multiple witnesses and conducted search warrants related to the robberies and burglary.
As a result of the investigations thus far, 21-year-old Roberto Ramirez, of Fort Dodge has been arrested on the following charges;

Case FD22-3046: Burglary Investigation 1601 5th Ave S, Star Convenience
Burglary Third Degree (D Felony)
Theft Second Degree (D Felony)
Criminal Mischief Third Degree (Aggravated Misdemeanor)
Possession of Burglar Tools (Aggravated Misdemeanor)
Case FD22-3116: Robbery 315 2nd Ave S, Sinclair Gas Station
Robbery First Degree (B Felony)
Theft First Degree (C Felony)
Case FD22-3344: Robbery 704 Ave C., New Star Mini Mart
