SAC COUNTY, IOWA – A Northern Iowa man is behind bars after cops nabbed him for alleged sexual attacks on a female child.
Sac County Sheriff’s detectives arrested 46-year-year old William Gerard Biller Jr. from Lake View, Iowa on March 14, 2023. Detectives investigated alleged sexual assaults on a minor female that was reported to the sheriff’s office on August 22, 2022. The alleged assaults occurred in 2015 in a home in Early, Iowa.
Juvenile female identified William Gerard Biller as her attacker. Biller was charged with three counts of sex abuse 3rd degree, three counts of lascivious acts with a child, and one count of indecent contact with a child. Biller was aware of the on-going investigation and turned himself in to law enforcement. Biller is currently being held in the Sac County Jail without bond.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
