MINNEAPOLIS – Iowa will have a re-match with Purdue tonight in Minneapolis in a BIG 10 Tournament showdown.
#2 seed Iowa plays #7 seed Purdue in the Target Center at 5:30 PM. This is a re-match of a game Iowa women easily earlier in the season. On December 30, Iowa defeated Purdue, 83-68, inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Iowa’s do-everything guard Caitlin Clark registered 24 points, six rebounds, and five assists in the victory.
The winner of of this game will advance to the semi-finals face the winner of #3 seed Maryland versus #6 seed Illinois; both teams have a win over Iowa this season.
The game will be televised on the BIG 10 Network.
