SAC COUNTY, IOWA – A Northern Iowa couple is accused of an illegal drug operation as cops execute search warrant and snare stolen guns, meth, cocaine, and weed.
Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Sac County Sheriff’s Office assisted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests relating to an ongoing drug investigation. Jennifer Violet Kuhl age 37 of rural Wall Lake, Iowa was taken into custody by Crawford County Sheriff’s officials in Boyer, Iowa. Justin John Siegner age 41 was taken into custody by Sac County deputies at 408 South Main Street in Odebolt, Iowa. Both are charged with ongoing criminal conduct a class “B” felony, possession of over 5-grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony and both have been charged with possession of marijuana.
On November 9, 2022, members of the Buena Vista / Sac County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team (SERT) executed a search warrant at the home of Kuhl and Siegner located at 2279 390th Street. During the search, deputies seized stolen guns, over 5-grams of methamphetamine, over 3-grams of cocaine and some marijuana. The suspected controlled substances were sent to the DCI crime lab for analysis.
Earlier this week after receiving the lab reports from the DCI Crime Lab, arrest warrants were issued. Both were held in the Sac County Jail on $100,000.00 bond, but records show both already bonded out.
Sac County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in this investigation.
