Gail Hubert, 64, of Colwell, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022.
A funeral service for Gail Hubert will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home in Charles City.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the start of the service on Tuesday.
Gail Lynne Hubert, the daughter of Theodore Sr. and Audrey (Dickenson) Hubert, was born on May 14, 1958, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gail worked as a medical coder for Dr. Royer’s office for 20 plus years. She enjoyed putting together crafts, cross stitching, and crocheting. She loved animals, especially her beloved pets, Benji and Mittens. Above everything, Gail loved her family and supported them in all aspects of their lives.
Living family members include her children: Amber (Seth) Terrana of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Nicholas (Kathleen) Trask of Mason City, and Landon (Taylor) Nelson of Marshalltown; grandchildren: Austin, Tanner, Trennedy, & Trystan Barr, Remi & Dominic Terrana, Machaela, Kylie, Karra, & Konrad Trask, and Ledger Nelson; siblings: Rhonda Paul of Colwell, Ted (Jody) Hubert, Jr. of Mitchellville, and Tracey (Joel) Brueseke of Waterloo; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Denise Hubert.
The family suggests memorials be directed to PAWS in Charles City.
