On November 21, 2022, at approximately 11:30 AM, Waterloo Police and Fire Rescue responded to a report of a person down in the 200 block of Miriam Dr. Once on scene, they discovered a male victim had been shot. The victim was transported to Mercy One, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim’s name is not being released until family can be notified.
