DAVENPORT – An Iowa man was arrested for possessing and promoting child pornography.
On November 4th, 2022 the Scott County Sheriff’s Office received a Cybertip from the Iowa ICAC Task Force and started an investigation.
During the investigation, Kyle Daniel DuPrey, a 35yr old male from LeClaire, Iowa was developed as the suspect in this case. Through the criminal investigation evidence was obtained for criminal
charges against DuPrey that he possessing and promoting child pornography.
On November 16th, 2022 DuPrey was arrested and booked into the Scott County Jail charging him with three counts Sexual Exploitation of a minor (Iowa Code 728.12(2)) a class “D” felony.
