SIOUX CITY - A man was arrested after dressing up as a officer and handcuffing a person in Sioux City.

SIOUX CITY – A man was arrested after dressing up as a officer and handcuffing a person in Sioux City.

Police in Sioux City sought the public’s help in locating a suspect, Justin Dahlheimer. On Sept. 6 at 8:27 PM, Dahlheimer approached an adult male at Dale Street Park and identified himself as a police officer. Dahlheimer was wearing black clothing, a tactical vest, and a fake badge. Dahlheimer placed the man in handcuffs for a brief amount of time. Dahlheimer is not an officer is facing charges of impersonating an officer and false imprisonment.

Dahlheimer was soon located and taken to jail.

Dahlheimer allegedly dressed as a cop.
