Jay Michael Turvold, 65, of Mason City, died July 17, 2022, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.
Jay was born July 25, 1956, in Mason City, Iowa, son of Gaylord Jr. and Verla (Dutcher) Turvold. He graduated from Mason City High School. He worked for Alliant Energy for many years as a service technician. He went on to build a small business for himself called Hog Heads where he sold motorcycle parts.
Jay is survived by his children, Troy, Scott, Jeremy Turvold and Mindy Wallace; and sister, Tommie (Paul) Mann.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylord and Verla.
