CLEAR LAKE – The Clear Lake Police Department is seeking the public’s help with information regarding an assault that occurred in a public parking lot at S. 3rd Street and 1st Ave. S. around midnight, Saturday March 19th, 2022.
A female victim was assaulted by unknown suspect(s) in the parking lot, and then taken by private vehicle to seek medical attention for non‐life threatening injuries.
The incident was later reported to law enforcement, several days after its occurrence.
Investigators believe several people were in the area during the time of the assault who may be able to help identify potential suspect(s) and/or other witnesses.
