CLARKSVILLE – Police located and arrested a wanted man Sunday in Clarksville.
On January 24, 2021, the Clarksville Police Department located a parked vehicle which belonged to a wanted person. After an investigation, Blake Oakes, age 36 of Parkersburg, was located at a residence in Clarksville. Oakes was arrested on a warrant for Domestic Assault – Aggravated Misdemeanor – and later transported to Grundy County where he was booked into their jail facilities and awaits an initial appearance.
