PALO ALTO COUNTY – Several persons were charged with various crimes after an assault incident in Palo Alto county this week.
On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 7:30 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office responded to and investigated an assault in progress at 3284 450th Avenue. Following the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested:
Chad Krug (40), assault causing bodily injury (serious misdemeanor)
Troy Krug (43), simple assault, (simple misdemeanor)
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office also issued citations to appear in court at a later date for simple misdemeanor assault to:
Christopher Krug (25)
Harli Eggers (25)
Donna Krug (32)
Tim Sidles (56).
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Emmetsburg Police Department.
