MASON CITY – The Cerro Gordo County Democrats Special Convention nominated AnnMarie Legler to be their candidate for the office of Cerro Gordo County Recorder. She will appear on the November 3, 2020 General Election Ballot.
AnnMarie Legler has worked in the office of recently retired Cerro Gordo County Recorder Colleen Pearce for the past 8 years.
According to JoAnn Hardy, Cerro Gordo County Democratic Party Chairman, Legler will continue the efficient, accurate, consistent work of the Recorder’s office and safeguard the policies and procedures as required by the Code of Iowa. Because of her knowledge and experience, the transition to Legler as County Recorder will be seamless. Cerro Gordo County Democrats are very pleased to support AnnMarie Legler as the next elected Cerro Gordo County Recorder.
