CHARLES CITY – A Missouri man was caught drunk driving in Charles City.
Officers with the Charles City police department arrested 44-year-old Michael Stokes of Missouri on April 4, 2020 at 10:34 PM for operating while intoxicated, first-offense. The arrest took place in the 1000 block of South Grand Avenue.
Stokes was taken to theFloyd County Jail and later released on his own recognizance. He’s due in court on the morning of April 20; he has been denied a public defender, records show.
