WATERLOO – A man convicted of intimidating others with a dangerous weapon is missing from a Waterloo correction facility, authorities say.
London Willis Walker, convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (708.6[1]) and other crimes in Black Hawk County, failed to report back to the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility as required last night.
Walker is a 26-year-old black male, height 6’0″, and weighs 176 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on January 8, 2020. It was reported he absconded last April, as well.
Persons with information on Walker’s whereabouts should contact local police.
