WATERLOO – A Waterloo felon has absconded from a work release center and police are asking for help in locating the suspect.
Lakoda Louise Christensen, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other crimes in Black Hawk County, failed to report back to the Waterloo Women’s Center for Change as required last night.
Christensen is a 23-year-old white female, height 5’4″, and weighs 134 pounds. She was admitted to the work release facility on October 21, 2019.
Persons with information on Christensen’s whereabouts should contact local police.
….I don’t know, but I would have to say she has fulfilled the promise of “where” she was staying…the Waterloo Women’s Center for Change…she has decided to change “her” address!!!
