BURLINGTON, IOWA – A Louisiana man has been arrested for the murder of an Iowa man.
On Monday October 28, 2019 Moshun Dee Reed, age 19 of Shreveport, Louisiana was arrested and charged with Murder 1st Degree, a Class A Felony. Moshun Reed is being held at the Des Moines County Correctional Center on no bond pending a court appearance.
The arrest stems from the ongoing investigation into the shooting death of 36 year old Tito Randall Kingsby of Burlington, Iowa which took place on October 27, 2019 at 1216 Stowe Street. An autopsy will be performed on Tito Kingsby by the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner on Wednesday October 30, 2019.
