Man who allegedly delivered facial fractures to person at Grafton Community Center pleads not guilty to felony willful injury

GRAFTON, IOWA – A man who was arrested in July on a felony charge after he allegedly delivered multiple facial fractures upon a person at the Grafton Community Center in June says he’s not guilty.

On June 30, 2019 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office took a report of an assault that occurred at the Grafton Community Center on June 20, 2019. The victim suffered three facial fractures and required six stiches to the face, according to the Worth county sheriff’s office.

On July 11, 2019, suspect Jordan Bursell was arrested on an outstanding warrant in relation to the assault. Bursell was charged with Willful Injuring-Causing Bodily Injury, a Class D felony. Bursell was booked into the Worth County Jail and held on a $5,000 bond.

In August, Burnell entered a not-guilty plea. He now awaits a jury trial set for October 30.

Maybe Mr Nelson should learn to shut his mouth and he wouldn’t get 1 punched out for the count.

Do the crime, pay the time. Rather see something duked out instead of all these shootings going on. But he’s lucky he didn’t kill the person. Be ready to pay the damages and consequences.

Smiling big dumb idiot.Grow up you small dick.

What do you expect out of a Grafton loser???

Just another loud mouth liberal getting what he deserved.

Probably just punched a big mouth liberal.

Maybe the victim shouldn’t have signed for the package that Bursell “delivered”.
