DES MOINES – On Tuesday, May 21, Gov. Reynolds signed the following bills into law:
HF768: an act relating to agricultural development, by providing for the Iowa finance authority, a beginning farmer tax credit program, fees, and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.
HF778: an act relating to taking capital gain deduction for the sale of real property used in a farming business.
SF230: an act relating to manufacturers of alcoholic beverages.
