MANCHESTER, IOWA – A Northern Iowa woman was busted by police and a cooperating individual in a methamphetamine sale and now faces a felony.
The Manchester, Iowa police department conducted a controlled purchase of an illegal narcotic (methamphetamine) on March 17th, 2019 at 460 South Brewer Street in Manchester. A cooperating individual worked with officers from the Manchester Police Department to make arrangements for the purchase of the illegal narcotic.
Finally arrested on May 16, 2019 was 25-year-old Shayla Kae Cole of Manchester, Iowa, on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) a Class C Felony. She already bonded out of jail and awaits a court appearance.
