CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was put in jail for knocking on doors and yelling while intoxicated.
After 4 AM on March 22, officers with the Charles City police department wen to the 2100 block of Clarkview Drive to investigate a disturbance. As result, officers located 27-year-old Courtney Boggess of Charles City was arrested after she was allegedly intoxicated, yelling and knocking on doors. She was charged with public intoxication and will face a trial on April 22.
Boggess is at this time facing a charge of second-offense operating while intoxicated in Chickasaw county .
