MASON CITY – Newman Catholic’s Steven Ringo signed a national letter of intent to run cross country at NIACC next season.
The NIACC men’s cross country team placed 25th at the NJCAA Division I national meet last fall. NIACC, which entered the national meet ranked No. 21, was led by freshman Gavin Connell, who was 100th in a time of 28:45.
The Trojans placed third at the NJCAA Region XI meet in Bettendorf.
