COLUMBUS, OHIO – Iowa was dominated Tuesday night in a Big Ten road game against Ohio State, losing the contest 90-70.
Freshman Joe Wieskamp led Iowa’s effort with a team-high 17 points, making a team-best five triples. Wieskamp’s 49 triples this season are third most by a Hawkeye freshman.
Junior Tyler Cook (12 points, 10 rebounds) registered his team-best sixth double-double of the season and 15th of his career.
Iowa trailed, 33-36, at the half.
Iowa returns to action on Saturday in its home finale versus Rutgers.
