DES MOINES – A convicted Iowa thief is on the loose, authorities say.
Neko Lamont Curtis Newsome, convicted of Theft 1st Degree (714.2[1]) and other charges in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility as required last night.
Newsome is a 24-year-old black male, height 5’10”, and weighs 175 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on September 7, 2018.
Persons with information on Newsome’s whereabouts should contact local police.
