OSAGE – An Osage accused of kidnapping and sexual abuse has entered into a plea deal in the case.
Timothy Eugene Hines, age 43, faces charges of third-degree kidnapping and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse – bodily injury. Allegedly, he committed the crimes on April 17 in Mitchell county. A no-contact order was set against Hines, who arrested soon thereafter. He has also been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hines initially entered a not-guilty plea, but on November 21, a guilty plea was entered by Hines’ public defender. The judge set a hearing date of January 15, 2019.
