Waterloo man arrested after alleged erratic driving in Floyd county

FLOYD COUNTY – A Waterloo man was arrested after a report of an erratic driver on a Floyd county highway.

On December 7, 2018 at about 3:26 AM, Floyd county deputies were assisted by Charles City police in locating and stopping an alleged erratic driver after a report was taken. Stopped at the 202 mile marker on Highway 218 was 54-year-old Lonnie Fullilove of Waterloo. He was charged with no valid driver’s license, unsafe passing, no registration, and no insurance. Fullilove was arrested and taken to jail.

Fullilove, records show, later entered guilty pleas to suspended license with fines and court fees totaling $397.50; unsafe passing with fines and court fees totaling $195.00; no insurance with fines and court fees totaling $397.50; no registration with fines and court fees totaling $87.00.
