Clarksville woman accused of felony drunk driving after rollover accident

BREMER COUNTY – A Clarksville woman was arrested recently after she rolled her car in Bremer county, and now faces a felony charge fo drunk driving.

It was determined the driver, Heather Green, 28, of Clarksville, was driving a maroon 1992 Chevrolet Lumina van westbound on 265th Street when the vehicle ran off the roadway and rolled once in the north ditch. The driver and passenger sustained minor injuries and both refused further treatment.

The driver was ultimately arrested and charged with felony third-offense operating while intoxicated and failure to maintain control. The passenger, who was identified as Ryan Pruisner, 31, of Shell Rock, was released from the scene.

The Bremer County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Janesville Police Department, the Janesville Fire Department, the Waverly Ambulance Service, and Dale’s Towing Service.

But then again if she was a beaner – especially illegal – her court appointed attorney would have the law officers up for racism charges.

What no picture? She must be a white chick otherwise the editor would have found a way to exploit the situation.
