Iowa man convicted of murder dies in prison

CORALVILLE – An Iowa man who murdered an alleged drug dealer has died in prison.

Harold Leroy Page was pronounced dead due to natural causes at 12:05 AM on Saturday, July 14, 2018 in a hospice room of the Iowa Medical and Classification Center where he had been housed due to chronic illness. Page was 62 years old at the time of his death.

Page had been serving a life sentence for the crime of Murder, 1st Degree from Polk County. His sentence began on April 1, 1988. Page pushed his way into the home of a drug dealer, Danny Zenor, fatally shot Zenor, and took some cash, court records indicate.
