Lake Mills woman accused of illegal drug possession

RURAL WORTH COUNTY – A Lake Mills woman us accused of illegal drug possession after she was stopped in Worth county.

On May 23, 2018 at approximately 11:10 PM, a deputy with the Worth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Highway 105 at the intersection with Bluebill Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 25-year-old Iiesha Walters of Lake Mills, Iowa. A search of the vehicle was conducted and Walters was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Walters posted a surety bond using Tokio Marine HHC. No court date has been set, records show.
