MASON CITY – Police have arrested two wanted men in Mason City, but are still seeking a third man.
Mason City police say they arrested 35-year-old Lucas Lloyd Heilskov on three active arrest warrants for Probation Violation ref numerous alleged controlled substance, operation without owner’s consent, and driving violations. They also arrested 45-year-old Troy Jayson O’Rourke on two active arrest warrants for 1st Degree Burglary and Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd or Subsequent Offense.
Still wanted is 26-year-old Matthew Stephen Lowe on two active arrest warrants for Violation of Drug Court, and Probation Violation ref alleged driving and controlled substance violations.
Police ask that if you know where Low is at, please report addresses or vehicle information to local law enforcement immediately. Do not approach or confront him, in case he is armed.
