WEBSTER CITY, IOWA – A Webster man fled a drunk driving stop, but was chased down and arrested.
The incident took place on April 23, 2018. At about 12:02 AM, a Webster county deputy initiated a traffic stop near Seneca Street and Water Street in Webster City. However, the subject, 18-year-old Diego Raymundo Guzman of Webster City, fled on foot. However, he was soon apprehended and arrested on charges of first-offense operating while intoxicated, second-degree criminal mischief, interference with official acts, reckless driving, and eluding.
