ESTHERVILLE, IOWA – Numerous youngsters were nabbed by police at an underage party in Estherville.
On March 29, 2018 at 11:11 PM, Estherville Police were dispatched to 715 South 12th Street regarding a noise complaint and a complaint of an individual urinating outside in the yard of the residence. Upon further investigation Estherville Police determined that numerous individuals were consuming alcohol under the legal age of 21.
Estherville Police Cited the following for Nuisance Party Ordinance Violations. Dustin Petesen age 19 Estherville, Alyssa Hatland age 19 Estherville, Dakotah Fisher age 18 Estherville, Jordan Wittrock age 24 Estherville, Caitlyn Manwarren age 18 Estherville, Tyler Fuller age 19 Estherville, Kelly Clabaugh age 20 Estherville, Darby Jones age 22 Spirit Lake, Hunter Miner age 22 Wallingford, Joseph Lowman age 21 Emmetsburg, Trevor Fisher age 18 Okoboji, Samuel Spencer age 22 Rockwell City, and Tyler Schneidmiller age 24 of Pocahontas.
Estherville Police also cited and released 3 individuals into Juvenile Court for Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age.
Ages 18,19,20,22,and 24 are adults. They are old enough to be sent to die in a war.
