MASON CITY – A Mason City man is facing his second drunk driving charge after a recent arrest.
The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Department investigated a single-vehicle collision at about 1:45 AM on February 24, 2018 near Lark Avenue and 255th Street. As a result, 25-year-old Bryce Albert Magner was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated and failure to maintain control.
Magner was guilty of drunk driving back in 2014 after an arrest in Mason City.
