CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was arrested after an alleged domestic incident involving strangulation and faces a drug charge.
On January 29 at about 10:49 PM, officers with the Charles City police department arrested 20-year-old Cisco Ritter after an incident they say took place earlier in the 800 block of 7th Avenue. Records show he faces a charge of domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. Attorney Richard Tompkins of Mason City has been appointed to represent Ritter.
