MASON CITY – A Garner man was caught by police cruising the streets of Mason City with deliverable methamphetamine and an open container of booze.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy made contact with 45-year-old Amador Ramos of Garner around 10 PM on December 31, 2017, near the 400 block of 1st Street NE in Mason City. After an investigation, Ramos was arrested on charges of open container of alcohol by a driver, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-offense possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Ramos remains in the Cerro Gordo county jail awaiting a January 29 hearing.

Bodacious “William” will reform him.
He might be from Garner now but he was originally from Mason City. He has always been and will always be a meth head.
Judging from the name Mexico or South America before Mason City.
