NORTHWOOD – A Clear Lake woman will stand trial this month in Worth county after allegedly reporting to police a false rape attempt.
On October 10, 2017, the Worth County Sheriff’s Office charged Ty Wooten, of Clear Lake, with false report. The Worth county sheriff’s office says Wooten’s original claim made on September 28, 2017, of attempted rape with injuries and weapon would have been felony level making the false report charge a serious misdemeanor.
During the alleged attempted rape investigation, the morning after Wooten reported the alleged attack, she recanted her statement in an interview with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigations that the attack never happened and that there was not anyone else involved.
Records show a trial is scheduled in Worth county on January 31. A pre-trial conference is set for January 16.
As I recall, she is married to a woman, so probably not fantasizing it. I think she needs medication. At a place I worked at, she stabbed herself with a razor blade to get disability, then tried to sue the company for unsafe work conditions. Another time she punched a metal wall out of anger and maybe broke it. Her hand was swollen and purple from it. Seemed fine about it the next day and continued using it. Even bragged a little, even, saying it would have been a co-workers face if it hadn’t been the wall.
She always seemed a bit unbalanced. If I had to guess, maybe she was needing an excuse for where she had been for a length of time and needed a good story to give her wife. Probably just thought the cops would just go off on a wild goose chasee and not involve her in any way. I mean, she was late for work once and said it was because she saw a deer on the side of the road and stopped to mercy kill it by slitting its throat and pushing it in a ditch.
It’s all about Me Too, and $$$$$$ signs
Bodacious can reform her!
was she just fantasizing about it, want it to really happen??
Me Too !!!
