MASON CITY – A Mason City man was jailed for drunk driving after a domestic incident.
Mason City police were called for a physical domestic altercation on the evening of Friday, December 15. After an investigation, officers arrested 26-year-old Kolten Lee Stockdale of Mason City on charges of operating while under the influence and aggravated domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. He was jailed and later released, pending a court date.
Stockdale was guilty of an assault he committed in Mason City back in May of this year. In an October guilty plea, he was ordered to pay $1,399.75 in court fines, court costs and fees.
