NEW YORK – The Iowa Hawkeyes will face Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl, it was announced Sunday.
The 2017 New Era Pinstripe Bowl – scheduled to kick off at Yankee Stadium at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27 – are on sale to the general public. The game will mark the eighth edition of the annual Bowl game in the Bronx and the fourth consecutive to feature competing schools from the Big Ten and ACC Conferences.
Iowa finished the season with a dominating win over Nebraska and a 7-5 record overall. The season was highlighted with a home win over Ohio State.
Boston College was also 7-5 and beat Louisville, Virginia and Florida State this season.
