Please vote YES on Tuesday if you live in Mason City and want a great downtown.
By saying YES you will re-invigorate this vital section of town. More and more tourists will arrive. There will be hockey games, concerns, skating, tractor pulls, basketball tournaments, bazaars and so much more.
And, the dollars will all be spent right here in town, promoting our local businesses. The dollars will then flow into other businesses for maintenance, construction, cleaning, inventory. There is so much promise here. Let’s take the millions of dollars the state is willing to pitch in, while we have the chance.

I’m talking about the person that wrote the letter, Numbnuts. And, for your information, I give a rats ass what you think. Because to me, you are nothing, zero, nada, zilch, anonymous, etc. etc. get my drift. If you don’t like my comments, don’t read them, for the simple reasons stated above. I’m so glad I don’t live in Mason City! You all have been horrible to one another (pro/against) for months!! Take a moment to read all of the replies to posts! Name calling, bullying, insults, etc..!!! People can agree to disagree without being so mean to citizens of their own community! You should all be ashamed of yourselves! I for one am going to be glad when this vote is over!! Then I won’t have to read about it on NIT anymore!! There are only a few “articles” posted here daily, and then of course all of the opinion” pieces!!! This has controlled NIT forever it seems! *sigh* #gladitsover !!! Get to the News of NORTH IOWA!!
