CHARLES CITY – A trial for a Charles City man accused of teen sex abuse has been postponed indefinitely.
Douglas K. Lindaman, age 61, was set to be re-tried beginning Monday, October 30 in Franklin county for an alleged sex abuse crime he committed in Floyd county. A Floyd county jury returned a guilty verdict in April of 2016 against Lindaman; he was running for school board for the second time when he was arrested. The jury had worked for only a few hours before bringing back the verdict. His alleged crime against a 17-year-old boy took place in spring of 2011. He was sent to prison for up to 10 years.
Lindaman – a convicted sex offender due to felony sex crimes he committed in the 1980’s – was later granted a new trial by the Iowa Supreme Court. That trial was set for Monday, but court records show Lindaman requested a continuance to continue preparing for trial. No new trial date has been set, yet.
This piece of shit molester knows all the ins and outs so he’s going to do everything he can to postpone the trial. He knows when he gets in the big house he’s going to get butt ramed and swallow so much sperm he might drown in it, He will become the new sperm bank.
How is this possible, and this story needs to be investigated by somebody higher than what is available in CC. Something isn’t right here. What he set up? If so, by who? What are the details of his 1980’s conviction (which was upheld I believe)? If his conviction was upheld, why was he allowed to run for a position on the school board? You would think just for appearances at least he would stay away from kids and not seek a job in the school system. What am I missing about this case?
