Upon arrival, deputies found a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the ditch on it’s side. Chelsea Odem, 18 was the driver and

Angel Nunez, 20; Shelby Rowe, 12 and Isaiah Odem, 1 all of Hampton were the passengers in the vehicle. Odem was traveling southbound on Partridge Avenue when she lost control due to the icy bridge.
