MASON CITY – A Mason City man was caught drunk driving this weekend.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on Sunday morning, October 8 at about 12:26 AM near 4th Street SW and Eisenhower Avenue. As a result of the stop and investigation, 31-year-old Aaron James Sims was arrested on a charge of first-offense operating while intoxicated.
Sims was jailed and soon released, pending a court date.
