MASON CITY – A Mason City man is guilty of lascivious acts with a child and has been sent to prison.

Mason City police went to 1414 South Wilson Avenue on May 6, 2017 at about 9 PM, seeking out 37-year-old Christopher Alan Hull, who was wanted on an arrest warrant. Hull was accused of a felony crime of lascivious acts with a child and felony sexual abuse in the second-degree, crimes he allegedly committed back in June of 2015 and June of 2016.

Hull entered a not-guilty plea on Monday, June 27.

However, Hull pled guilty to lascivious acts with a child, while the sex abuse charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and must adhere to the sex abuser registry. He must also pay $2,139.00 in fines and court fees.
