Gov. Reynolds issues statement after new report shows Iowa leads in wind energy jobs

DES MOINES – Gov. Kim Reynolds issued the following statement late last week after the Clean Jobs Midwest report showed Iowa leading in wind energy jobs.

“The newly released Clean Jobs Midwest report highlights what we know to be true in Iowa: renewable energy creates jobs and powers our economy.

“It’s no surprise Iowa leads the region in wind energy jobs. But the report also found that job growth across many sectors (including renewable energy and fuels, advanced grid, energy efficiency and advanced transportation) is happening 12 times faster than all other jobs in the state.

“Iowa’s renewable energy leadership is crucial to recruiting companies, including Apple’s recent data center announcement. In turn, we see more job growth in these sectors.

“I look forward to continuing the momentum as our state continues to innovate and develop new technologies for the jobs of the future.”

See the liberal liars squeal – their as crooked as a 3 dollar bill – vote these leeches out in 2018. State line road – we don’t want your stinking windmills or hog poop factories.

Yes property owners in Worth county pay taxes on central springs school thru what you liberals and crooked elected officials call -school property tax levy – what 5% added to my bill. Quit acting stupid and keep your corporate friends happy by taking their bribes.

When they lost their subsidy the industry collapsed and went away. Wind is not profitable without taxpayer money. It kills thousands of birds and makes people who live nearby sick. It is very inefficient and should be done away with.

Oh twat a pretty picture they sow. Google says each job comes at approx. $1,000,000.00 per job created -paid for by the way by taxpayers/property owners = TIF = tax abatement and the bird that says different should quit eating that roundup corn kernals out of the pig poop. PS – I am glad we have them I just wish the people that own them would pay for them.

Sure buddy. And Central Springs School pays property tax, right?

You’re such a dumbass.
For someone with their head as far up their ass as yours is, you should have a plexi-glass belly button installed so that you could see where you are going.

You’re so cute. What first grader helped you come up with that childish comment?

Googled this article – 1 answer quoted – The largest transfer of wealth from the private sector to a chosen FEW ? Well google it and gargle it yourself.
