MASON CITY – The 14th Annual Ethnic Lunch by Central Park will beheld this week in Mason City.
The event, presented by the North Iowa Diversity Appreciation Team in partnership with Mason Street Mason City, will be held Friday, September 15, 2017, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The venue will be Federal Avenue on the East side of Central Park. As always, there will be cultural exhibits, genealogy, diversity awards and of course, ethnic food to be enjoyed.
This year’s vendors include:
Mr. Taco – Mexican specialty tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and burritos
Columbia Club – Mexican beef tacos, taco salad, fried ice cream sundaes
Bethlehem Lutheran – German brats, runzas, apple dumpling, hot potato salad, baked goods
Filipino Foodie – egg rolls, rice noodles, fried rice, meat on a stick
Suzie Q – Greek gyros, Philly Steak and Cheese
Trinity Lutheran Church – Norwegian meatballs and almond bars
St. John’s Episcopal Church – English bangers & mash, and scones
State Street Deli – Italian roast beef sandwich
Sushi Ronin – Thailand/Laos sushi rolls and appetizer
MC Noon Lions Club – Indian Bhel-Chat snack & Mithai dessert
Ruth Anne’s Home Baked – Ethnic breads and pastries
