RURAL BUTLER COUNTY – A Butler county auto crash claimed the life of a New Hartford man Sunday night.
The accident took place on Sunday, September 3 at about 8:30 PM on Sinclair Avenue, north of Highway 57. Billy Joe Miller, age 51 of New Hartford, was driving his 2002 Ford F-150 northbound on Sinclair Avenue about 6 miles north of Highway 57 when, for an unknown reason, Miller lost control of the pickup truck and entered the east ditch. Not wearing a seatbelt, the accident report says, Miller was thrown for the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
