CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake woman was allegedly out of control during an incident at her home this weekend, leading to her arrest.
Cerro Gordo deputies responded to a disturbance on the evening of May 20 at 15232 Evergreen Avenue in Clear Lake. They had received a report of an out-of-control subject at that location. When they arrived at 5:38 PM, they encountered 48-year-old Tabitha Ann Fuhrman. After an investigation, she was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (an aggravated misdemeanor) and interference (a simple misdemeanor).
Fuhrman was taken to the county jail, booked and soon released pending a court date.
