MASON CITY – Police went to a house today and arrested a Mason City man for sexual abuse of a child.
On May 18, 2017, 21-year-old Antonio Ochoa Sandoval was arrested by Mason City Police for second-degree sexual abuse at 702 North Jefferson. Police say Sandoval is accused of committing a sex act upon a child in Mason City a few years ago.
Second-degree sexual abuse is a class B felony and is considered a “forcible felony.”
Sandoval is being held in the county jail on no bond at this time.
