FOREST CITY – A Forest City man was jailed for possession of marijuana following a call for help.
On March 31, 2017 at 8:15 PM, Mark Douglas Kuester, age 49 of Forest City, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.
The arrest was made following a request for assistance on Highway 69 North.
Last year, Quester was guilty of public intoxication and carrying a dangerous knife over 5 inches long after an arrest by Forest City police. Lake Mills police caught hi with marijuana back in 2014, and he was charged with a felony. He pled guilty to a lesser charge.
