Garner man busted on felony meth possession in Mason City

MASON CITY – A Garner man illegally cruising a Mason City neighborhood was busted with the powerful drug methamphetamine and faces a felony charge.

A CErro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on March 23, 2017 at about 12:54 AM near the 100 block of North Madison Avenue. After an investigation, the driver, 59-year-old Jeffrey Wayne Miller of Garner, was found to be driving with a suspended license. Further investigation led to the discovery of methamphetamine.

Miller was arrested for felony third-offense possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. He was taken to the Cerro Gordo county jail and held on $5,000 bond. He awaits a hearing on March 31.

Miller was accused of manufacturing meth in Butler county way back in 2002. He was later sentenced to 5 years in prison in connection to that case.

You’d think at age 59 you would know better. I bet if you looked at a brain scan all you would see is a speck of ash. Have fun in jail butt plug. If you don’t know what a plug is you sure as hell will feel it when he enters you. Squeal you loser.

Back in the day China had a drug problem, simple solution, in the front door for sentence and out the back for a bullet to the head.
Simple solution to a problem, and no plea deals or early release. Definitely no repeat offenders.
Sounds harsh but this crap has been going on way to long around here, decades to long in Mason City!

They are doing that in the Phillipines right now and it is solving the problem. Lets start in Clear Lake.

This guy is bad news if you knew his history. It’s a great catch.

A shout out to the deputy, great job!!! Take all this scum off our streets, we don’t need people from out of town peddling their poison here. We have to many murderers as it is.
